USC International Travel Medicine Review Course 2016

The University of Southern California School of Pharmacy is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.  This home study program is knowledge-based and has been assigned Universal Activity Number 0007-0000-16-024-H01-P for 15 contact hours (1.50 CEUs), with an initial release date of October 6, 2016 and expiration date of October 6, 2019.  There is a $400 fee to participate in this home-study online program.  Credit will be given for the home-study upon verification of access to the home-study modules, submission of pre- and post-tests, completion of a program evaluation, and achieving a minimum score of 75% on the post-test.  Continuing education (CE) credits will be uploaded to CPE Monitor 4-6 weeks following the completion of the program.  A Certificate of Completion can be achieved by successfully completing the program.  If you have not received your statement of credit and/or certificate 8 weeks after completing all requirements, please contact us; otherwise, you may incur an additional fee for processing of duplicate documents.
