Exhibit Hall Football Trivia

Are you game? Engage attendees and participate in the Football Trivia game in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, October 26 from 12:55pm-1:40pm. Companies provide the questions to DFI before the conference, DFI Staff asks the questions, and attendees visit exhibit booths and displays if they know the answers to win prizes. Exhibitors who are willing to submit questions and provide prizes can email their information to DFI at events@dfi.org.

DFI Digital Sourcebook

Gain exposure for your company by participating in The Sourcebook, a digital compilation of information on deep foundation services and products. The Sourcebook is available before, during and after the conference on the conference website. To reserve your advertising space, select The Sourcebook option during registration and then email your company's PDF file(s) to DFI at events@dfi.org as soon as possible for maximum exposure but no later than Friday, August 18, 2017. There will be pre-conference releases of The Sourcebook so send your PDFs in early! Click here to view the specifications.

The discounted Exhibitor Rate is $125 per PDF page. The rate for those companies unable to exhibit at the conference is $225 per PDF page. Indicate your desired number of pages when you register. Exhibitors may purchase electric from the New Orleans Marriott for a special show rate of $105.00 for all days of the conference. An order form has been emailed to your Booth Attendee and is included in your Exhibitor Kit.

Other Important Information  
  • Additional Exhibit Attendees must be registered for the Conference.
  • Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down at posted times. Freeman will only move freight during the posted set-up and break-down times. A fee of $500.00 will be billed to companies for late set-up or early break-down. View the DFI Exhibitor Service Agreement for details. Consent to this agreement will be required to complete your online registration.
  • Exhibitors who ship their booth materials directly to the New Orleans Marriott may experience delays in retrieving their shipments via FedEx Office. These Exhibitors are also asked to make their own arrangements to store shipping cases and other material (at the booth or in their hotel room). Neither the New Orleans Marriott or DFI will be able to accommodate exhibitor storage.  
  • DFI reserves the right to adjust booth locations based on program changes.

Payment Instructions

  • You may register for this Conference using a major Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Check or Purchase Order. Check payments due within 30 days of registration and should be made payable to DFI.

    Terms are 30 days net to all payment modes not credit card/paypal.

    Refunds for Registration will not be issued after Friday, September 29, 2017. However, you may transfer your registration to another DFI Member.
    Refunds for Exhibit Booths will not be issued after August 31, 2017. Please refer to your Exhibit Space Agreement for Details.

    Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
