2017 GSA Federal Acquisition Training Symposium

The Huntsville Federal acquisition community consists of the largest concentration of 1102s outside of Washington, DC and who obligate over $30B annually.  Huntsville is home to Army Materiel Command; HQ, Army Contracting Command; Army Contracting Command Redstone, PEO Aviation; PEO Missiles and Space; Army Aviation and Missile Command; Army Corps of Engineers Huntsville Center; NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center; Missile Defense Agency; and many others. 

The Federal Acquisition Training Symposium (FATS) will draw personnel from these organizations from contracting and program offices.  There will be over 1,500 people onsite for the event, including senior leaders and industry partners. 

The attendees will represent buying activities who purchase professional services, scientific equipment, furniture, office supplies, tools and equipment, aviation support equipment and a myriad of other commodity and service types. 

Industry partners will benefit from attending either as an exhibiting or non-exhibiting attendee.  Training sessions are being offered for our industry partners as well.

Exhibit floor space will be available for a fee to all companies holding a current contract with GSA. However, space is limited so it will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The price is $1,900 for a 10x10 booth and 2 exhibitor name badges. Booths come with pipe and drape, a 6' skirted table, two folding chairs, a wastebasket and a company ID sign.

Double booths (10x20) are also available at $3,500 and come with 4 exhibitor name badges and additional booth furniture. Extra badges are $275 each.

Cancellations of booth purchases due to exhibitor choice will be refunded at 50% until March 1, 2017. No refunds will be granted after March 1, 2017.
