Exhibit Fees and Day Passes

Exhibitors - $1,095 (includes one person's full registration and exhibit space). Additional Exhibit Attendees must register for the Conference.
Each 8’w x 8’d (Commodore) or 8’w x 4’d (Commodore Foyer) Exhibit Space includes:
-1 6 ft. skirted table
-2 Chairs
-1 Wastebasket
-Wireless Internet Access and Access to Electric

Foyer exhibit spaces may contain pop-up display banners. Not all back-drops will be conducive to the exhibit space. Email Lauren Nance at events@dfi.org for more information.

Exhibit Hall Day Pass - $200 (Exhibit Hall access only and does not include the Networking Reception)

Registered Exhibitors can view a copy of the DFI Exhibit Space Agreement here.

Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down at posted times. A fee of $250.00 will be billed to companies for late set-up or early break-down. To ship items for your Exhibit Space, please send them to the following address no sooner than Wednesday, June 14, 2017. You will be billed by your carrier for shipping and by Loews for handling.

Exhibitors should be prepared to store their cases and containers within their exhibit space. Neither DFI nor The Loews can accommodate exhibitor storage.
DFI reserves the right to adjust exhibit space locations based on program changes. 
Exhibitor Break-Down is coordinated by the Loews. Leave all sealed and labeled items at your exhibit space and the Loews Staff will pick-them up for transport to a secure shipping area. Requested more information from Loews.

  • You may register for this Conference using a major Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Check or Purchase Order. Check payments due within 30 days of registration and made payable to DFI.

    Terms are 30 days net to all payment modes not credit card/paypal.

    Refunds for Registration will not be issued after Monday, May 22, 2017. Refunds for Exhibit Space will not be issued after Tuesday, May 16, 2017. However, you may transfer your registration to another DFI Member. 

    Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
