Vendor/Exhibit Booths

A limited number of vendor/exhibitor booths are available for rental. Booths are six-foot draped display tables with two chairs and electricity conveniently located outside conference session rooms.

Exhibitor Booth Rental Fees:
The fee to exhibit is $250. Fee Includes two complimentary conference registrations and all provided breaks and meals for two exhibitors. Click here to register as an exhibitor.   

Native Vendors
Vendor booth rental is $100. Native people who wish to sell their arts and crafts may contact Noreen Keshena at 920-496-7424 or at nkeshena@oneidanation.org to discuss the crafts vendor fee. Tables will be limited.

NOTE: Charges for additional set-up (AV, electricity, etc.) will be incurred and arrangements for set-up and payment must be made by each vendor/exhibitor by contacting the Radisson Hotel. We will not provide anything beyond the display table, skirt, two chairs and an outlet. Table assignment is made on a first-come, first-served basis.     You may register for one day or for the entire conference. Payments accepted by credit card or check.
