Payment Instructions

  • Payments by credit card are preferred:  Payments by check must be received by 5pm on April 24, 2017.  Checks should be made payable to "Board of Governors: California Community Colleges" along with a copy of your invoice and mail to:

    We will attempt to contact those for non-payment prior to the event, yet it is the responsibility of the registrants to note all deadlines and insure payment is received prior to the event.  

    REFUNDS

    Refund requests for check and credit card payments must be in writing, sent via email and received by April 24th at 5pm.  Written refund requests should be made to Julie Moore at jmoore@cccco.edu with “ETS REFUND” in the email subject line. There will be a $10.00 charge for ALL credit card refunds.  There are no refunds for “no-shows”.
