Course Title: OCT in the Diagnosis and Monitoring of Glaucoma (1 Med. CE)*
Speaker: Dr. Murray Fingeret
Course Description: This course will discuss the role of Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) in regards to the diagnosis and management of glaucoma. The technology will be described and how it has evolved. A method to evaluate printouts will be described as well as discussing the importance of analyzing the B-scan images to detect loss and not just rely on the colors found on the printout. Common artifacts associated with testing will be presented and how they can be avoided. The role of OCT in monitoring glaucoma over time will also be discussed.

Course Title: Demysitfy Your Managed Vision Care Plan And Make More Revenue (1 ABO)*

Course Description: Explore and understand the tips you need to know in order to maximize managed care plans for patient benefit and your practice revenue. Identify specific available products your patients would appreciate if they knew they were available to them. Understand the words that make your patients fearful and anxious; replace these words with ‘emotional buying’ words.

Course Title: What’s New, What’s Next in Glaucoma (2 Med. CE)*
Speaker: Dr. Murray Fingeret 
Course Description: This lecture will discuss recent advances in glaucoma including improving diagnostic devices, a better understanding of intraocular pressure and how it varies, new tools to measure IOP and new glaucoma therapies. Glaucoma medications and devices that have just been released or will soon be available will be described as well new drug delivery devices. In addition, this course will discuss where future breakthroughs in regards to glaucoma care may occur.

Course Title: Overcoming Patient Pushback and Objections to Gain Trust and Revenue (1 ABO)*
Speaker: Mark Hinton
Course Description: Attendees will learn how connecting personally, first,  through a patient's "Preferred Name" relaxes the patient, leading to trust quickly and naturally, and explore how the “Feel, Felt, Found” method of overcoming objections and pushback more often reverses negative patient perception to product or price, leading to increased patient loyalty, sales of needed service and products, and an improved experience.
