Exhibit Area Hours
  • September 18: Vendor Appreciation Event 7:00pm
  • September 19: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 
  • September 20: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • September 21: 8:00 am to 11:00 am (Technical Tour in afternoon)

Set-Up/Take-Down Information

  • Set-up: Monday, September 18 from 7:00am - 6:00 pm. 
  • Take Down: Friday, September 22 from 7:00 am - 12:00 pm.

FedEx picks up from the Charleston Marriott Town Center twice daily. Please be sure to package and label all materials and leave them at the exhibit booth area on Friday, September 22. If you will need packing materials, there is a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center near the hotel at 400 Capitol Street.

    Paying by Purchase Order? Allow enough time for us to send you an invoice upon receipt of the purchase order number and for you to get a check to us.
