Full conference registration includes access to all plenary sessions, the exhibit hall, and networking receptions and meals hosted by WOEMA.  Post-Graduate Sessions, Worksite Tours, and the Signature Event are an additional fee.  Guests passes may also be purchased.  Guest passes allow attendee guests access to continental breakfasts, beverage breaks, and networking receptions hosted by WOEMA.  Guest passes excludes access to the Signature Event, which requires an additional fee.

*All registrations will incur a $50 late fee after 7/31/2017

**In order to register for a Work-site Tour or Post-Graduate Session, as well as the Signature Event and Guest Tickets, attendees must register for the Plenary Sessions.  The Work-Site Tour scheduled to see the Civil Support Team is complimentary for all conference registrants, who wish to attend.

Payment must be made by the following methods:
  1. Credit card payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa or American Express.
  2. Check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars made payable to the "WOHC".
  3. Checks drawn on non-U.S. banks and/or written in non-U.S. currency will be returned and registrations will not be processed.
  4. U.S. or international money order in U.S. dollars made payable to the "WOHC"
Purchase orders will not be accepted as payment of registration. Cash payment is not permitted, unless registering on-site.

All attendees are required to visit the registration desk upon arrival.  Here you will receive your badge and all other conference materials.  Badges must be worn at all times during the conference.  You may also visit the on-site registration desk if you still need to purchase a registration to attend the conference.

Cancellation notification must be made in writing by August 11, 2017.  If you wish to cancel your registration, please email us at woema@woema.org.  If your cancellation request is received by August 11, 2017, your payment will be refunded less a $75.00 administrative fee.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellation requests received after August 11, 2017.  Substitute attendees are permitted; please notify WOEMA staff, as soon as a substitution is required.

Post-Graduate Sessions and Work-Site Tours are subject to a minimum and maximum attendance.  If the requirements are not met, we reserve the right to cancel or, if a sell-out occurs, we reserve the right to limit attendance where necessary.
