Travel Information:

If you are making travel plans, Newark is the nearest major airport and has a train to Princeton that takes about an hour. On the level just above baggage claim, you will find the tram to the train station. Philadelphia sometimes has cheaper flights, but the train takes two hours. In addition to these options, Allegiant and Frontier airlines fly into Mercer Airport, which is near Princeton (a car-share ride costs about $15 to the Hyatt), and they sometimes have very cheap flights from cities such as Chicago.

Lodging Information:

The Hyatt Place Hotel https://princeton.place.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html is closest to the Princeton Junction train stop—the shuttle to Princeton leaves from there. Events begin at 5:30 on Sunday, Sept 10, at the Erdman Center http://coned.ptsem.edu/meetings-lodging/ on the campus of Princeton Theological Seminary, followed by our opening dinner at Trinity Episcopal, 33 MERCER STREET, PRINCETON, NJ 08540, two blocks away. The Hyatt has a shuttle van to Princeton that takes about 15 minutes—reserve in advance, as it goes based on requests.

Transportation Information:

There will be a shuttle after dinner on the 10th to the Hyatt and from the Hyatt to Trinity Church Sept. 11-13. You do not need to reserve the shuttle for these times. The paved walking path between the hotel and Trinity is 2.7 miles, along a park and green space.

Meals and Schedule Information:

The Hyatt offers a free breakfast. All other meals will be provided by the conference.
