What comes with my sponsorship package?
Each sponsor will have an opportunity to have a skirted 8' table. In addition, sponsors will receive lunch and snacks for two tabling staff. Based on your sponsorship level, you may receive attendance for two to eight employees.

Where are sponsor tables located?
Sponsor tables are located along the main hallway and the entrances of Ballrooms A and E at the St. Paul RiverCentre. If we have more sponsors than expected, those tables will be located in the hallway across from Meeting Rooms 10-12. All rooms will be in use for the sessions that day.

Are there any Exhibitor restrictions at the RiverCentre?
Yes. The RiverCentre does not permit the selling, providing or distribution of food and beverage samples, the selling of any merchandise, balloons or hanging of materials on the walls. The tables will be set approximately three feet from each other and four feet from the wall and stand alone displays are encouraged. For more information, please see RiverCentre Exhibitor Policies.

What time do I need to arrive on conference day?
Check-in is on Saturday, March 3 from 6:30-7:00 a.m. Staff will be available to meet you on the second floor at the loading dock elevator or at the skyway elevator. Staff at the Sponsor Table on the second floor will be happy to lead you to your table.

How long will exhibits be open?
Exhibits will be open from 7:45 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and must be dismantled by 5:00 p.m.

How often will conference attendees be able to visit my table?
Scheduled breaks for attendees are:
7:45 - 8:45 a.m.
9:45 - 10:15 a.m.
11:15 - 11:35 a.m.

What is the Technology Lab?
The 2018 Meeting of the Minds will be focused on empowering individuals with the disease and their care partners. Technology can be confusing, and Augustana Care's Learning Lab gives older generations demonstrations of technology that they can use in order to enable them to live as independently as possible. Attendees will be able to visit this space during breaks.

How do I load materials into the RiverCentre?

Where do I park?

What is the promotional item that Platinum and Gold sponsors can give to the Association?
As part of the sponsorship benefits, Platinum and Gold sponsors are able to give 1,300 of the same promotional item to the Alzheimer’s Association for inclusion in the attendee tote bags. In the past, these have been mints, pens, magnets, etc. This item will need to be pre-approved by the Alzheimer's Association.

How do I register my 2, 4, 6, or 8 conference attendees that I receive free with my sponsorship?
Every sponsorship comes with free attendee registration for 2, 4, 6, or 8 employees. Once registered, the organization will receive a code to register their employees between December 18, 2017 and January 26, 2018. This registration will be through the attendee registration portal. More information will be send with the code to each organization. This code will ensure that the registration fee is waived.

Why would I want to purchase an additional lunch and how much does it cost?
Every sponsorship comes with lunch for two people who staff the table. If there are any additional employees who wish to staff the sponsor table, additional food service will need to be purchased. This is available at $40/person and can be purchased from Blaine by February 26, 2018.

Blaine Turk, Executive Assistant & Special Projects Manager, 952.857.0528 or bturk@alz.org.

These staff members are different from the additional conference registrations which is a sponsorship benefit.

When does the attendee registration open?
Attendee registration opens on December 18, 2017 with early bird pricing until January 26, 2018.  From January 27 to February 26, 2018 attendee registration will continue to be open with regular participant pricing.  Check back at www.alz.org/mnnd for attendee registration information.
