Campus Residence Hall Accommodations
A limited number of sleeping rooms at Boston University (BU) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) are available for registered WEHC participants. These rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the deadline. Early reservations will be strongly encouraged. Registrants will receive an email notification when rooms become available.

Check-in time begins at 3:00PM. Departing guests must checkout at the front desk by 11:00AM. There is no smoking or alcohol allowed in the residence halls. Rooms are serviced prior to arrival.

Boston University (BU) Residence Hall

Dates: Reservations are available for the nights of July 29 through August 3
Rates:
Single-occupancy rate: $75 per night, per person

About rooms:
  • Air-conditioned rooms
  • Twin-size (single) lofted/bunk-style bed; sheets and blanket are provided
  • Private bathroom
  • Rooms contain a desk, chair, dresser, mini-refrigerator, and microwave
  • Towels, a bar of soap, and shampoo are provided

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Residence Hall
Request deadline:  July 15, 2018 at 11:59PM EDT
Dates: 6-Night Package (check-in July 29; check-out August 4)
Early arrival (check-in July 28) and late departure (check-out August 5) are available for an additional nightly cost.
Rates:
Single-occupancy rate: $528 per room
Double and triple -occupancy rate: $360 per person
Access key card: $10 per person (required for entry to the residence hall)

  • Twin-size (single) bed; sheets, blanket, and pillow are provided
  • Shared bathroom facilities on each floor (rooms with private baths are not available)

  • Toiletries are not provided
