Mid-America Conference 2018 Exhibitor Info

The Hearing Aid Association of Kentucky, the Hearing Healthcare Alliance of Ohio, and the Indiana Hearing Aid Alliance extend an invitation to your company to attend our 26th Annual Mid-America Conference on Hearing May 17-19, 2018 in Cincinnati, Ohio at the Hyatt Regency downtown.  

Exhibitor Registration includes:
One skirted table with two chairs in the exhibit hall
All seminars & CE hours (when requested, limit of 2 CE cards per booth)
Meals and social events sponsored by MACH
Basic Wi-fi in the exhibit hall (security code will be provided when you set up)

Exhibits Setup
Setup will begin Thursday, May 17 at 1PM
Tear down will begin after 11:30AM on Friday, May 18.  

Schedule
Thursday 6-9:00 PM  Reception in the Exhibit Hall with drinks and appetizers
Friday      7-8:30 AM  Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall with attendees
Friday     10:30 - 11:30 AM Coffee Break for all attendees inside the exhibit hall

Exhibit Fees
To be received by and no later than April 17, 2018.

Early Bird discounted rate of $1495.00 valid through March 31, 2018.  
After midnight April 1: $1700.00 per table.  
Cancellation prior to May 1 subject to a $300 processing fee, no refunds on cancellations after May 1 or no shows.

HOSPITALITY SUITES
Hospitality Suite Reservations must be approved by MACH and made directly through the individual hotel listed. Exhibitors are prohibited from hosting any other event competing or coinciding with the MACH Conference Agenda.

EXHIBITOR ETIQUETTE
Purchasing an exhibit booth at MACH shall be for the primary purpose of displaying and promoting products and services.  Exhibitors shall not attempt to recruit dispensers for positions in their company or others.  Many employers bring their dispensers to Mid-America to obtain CEUs and we are committed to providing an environment that encourages their continued support.

Payment Instructions

  • Thank you for registering for the Mid-America Conference on Hearing.  A paper registration form can be obtained by emailing us at midamericaconferenceonhearing@outlook.com, or you can print an invoice from this registration site.  If you need a printed paper registration form (attendee or exhibitor) to submit to your employer for payment, you may compete the online registration process, choose "check" as your payment method, and print a copy of the completed registration (invoice) for submission to your AP department or employer for payment.  If you are paying with a check or money order, your registration will be confirmed once payment is received.  Please mail your payment to:
