Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down at posted times. A fee of €500.00 will be billed to companies for late set-up or early break-down. View the Exhibitor Space Agreement for details. Consent to this agreement will be required to complete your online registration.

Nano Italy, the conference management company, is providing services for exhibitors. When the Exhibit Services Kit is available, your booth contact will receive an email with details on shipping your booth materials and ordering any furnishings. The web link will be posted on this page as well.


Exhibitors must provide a company logo with their registration. When uploading your company logo with your registration, please ensure they are high-resolution, at least 300 dpi in .tif format. Logos in .ai format can be emailed to events@dfi.org. Read more about logo submission. Logos must be received at DFI by Tuesday, April 3, 2018

When registering you will be provided with conditions of the exhibition and be asked to agree to all terms in the Exhibit Space Agreement in order to complete your registration.

Additional Exhibit Delegates must be registered for the Conference (one additional person receives a discounted rate. Others must register at standard rates).

Payment Instructions

  • You may register for this Conference using a Visa or MasterCard credit card, PayPal or Wire Transfer.

    To make payment by wire, contact DFI at bookkeeper@dfi.org. For this conference, DFI is unable to accept American Express, Checks or Purchase Orders. Payment must be received prior to the start of this conference. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    If you plan to pay by wire, please register for the conference before requesting a proforma invoice. When you register online, select WIRE PAYMENT. You will not have to pay at the time you register but payment must be received before the start of the conference.

    Prices are in Euros. A 22% IVA (VAT) tax will be added to all Delegate Registration fees except for delegates from Italian businesses with valid Italian VAT #’s. Exhibitor and Sponsorship fees are exempt from IVA (VAT).

    Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
