Exhibitors may purchase electric from the Hilton Anaheim for all days of the conference. An order form has been emailed to your Booth Attendee and is included in your Exhibitor Kit.

Other Important Information  
  • Additional Exhibit Attendees must be registered for the Conference.
  • Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down at posted times. Freeman will only move freight during the posted set-up and break-down times. A fee of $500.00 will be billed to companies for late set-up or early break-down. Click here to view the exhibitor contract. Consent to this agreement will be required to complete your online registration.
  • Exhibitors who ship their booth materials directly to the Hilton Anaheim may experience delays in retrieving their shipments via FedEx Office. These Exhibitors are also asked to make their own arrangements to store shipping cases and other material (at the booth or in their hotel room). Neither the Hilton Anaheim or DFI will be able to accommodate exhibitor storage.  
  • DFI reserves the right to adjust booth locations based on program changes.

Payment Instructions

  • You may register for this Conference using a major Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Check or Purchase Order. Check payments due within 30 days of registration and should be made payable to DFI.

    Refunds for Registration will not be issued after Friday, September 28, 2018. However, you may transfer your registration to another DFI Member. 
    Refunds for Exhibit Booths will not be issued after August 31, 2018. Please refer to your Exhibit Space Agreement for Details.

    Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
