Exhibit Fees and Day Passes

Exhibitors - $1,345 member rate and $1,745 non member rate (includes one person's full registration and exhibit space). Additional Exhibit Attendees must register for the Conference.
Each 10'w x 4'd (Salons 3 & 4 and Lyceum Complex) Exhibit Space includes:
-1 6 ft. skirted table
-2 Chairs
-1 Wastebasket
-Wireless Internet Access and Access to Electric
Exhibit Hall Day Pass - $315 (Exhibit Hall access only and does not include the Networking Reception)

Other Important Information

Registered Exhibitors can view a copy of the DFI Exhibit Space Agreement here.

Exhibitors are expected to set-up and break-down at posted times. A fee of $250.00 will be billed to companies for late set-up or early break-down. To ship items for your Exhibit Space, please send them to the following address no sooner than Sunday, June 24, 2018. You will be billed by your carrier for shipping and by the FedEx Office located in the Marriott Marquis for handling.

The FedEx Office located in the Marriott Marquis handles all shipments in and out of the hotel. Click here for the FedEx Office handling fees and in-bound and out-bound instructions for your exhibit materials. Payment for materials handling is made directly to the FedEx Office. 
Per box fee from dock to Exhibit Hall - $10.00-$75.00 depending on weight
Per pallet fee from dock to Exhibit Hall - $250.00 minimum
Exhibitors should be prepared to store their cases and containers within their exhibit space. Neither DFI, The Marriot Marquis not the FedEx Office can accommodate exhibitor storage.
DFI reserves the right to adjust exhibit space locations based on program changes.

Payment Instructions

  • You may register for this Conference using a major Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, Check or Purchase Order. Check payments due within 30 days of registration and made payable to DFI.

    Refunds for Registration will not be issued after Friday, June 1, 2018. However, you may transfer your registration to another DFI Member.

    Refunds for Exhibit Space will not be issued after Tuesday, May 18, 2018.

    Images of individuals may be captured by the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) during events/activities organized and hosted by DFI using still photography, video or any other medium. DFI reserves the right to use such images on the DFI website, in Deep Foundations Magazine, in newsletters and/or other publicity material. By registering and/or participating in a DFI event/activity, the persons whose images are captured during such an event consent to the use of said images by DFI as described above.
