The NMAC Annual Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the New Mexico Tech Golf Course in Socorro, NM starting at 12:00 p.m. Lunch will be served prior to the event starting. The cost is $55.00 per player which includes greens fees, cart rental, and lunch.  Pre-registration is available in the "Agenda" portion of the conference registration.  All payments for golf are to be made on-site directly to the course.

Lodging Options

Room blocks for the New Mexico Association of Counties 81st Annual Conference have been negotiated for conference participants at several local hotels. Room blocks are available from June 19-23, 2017 and the hotels have offered to extend the conference rate for 3 nights before and after the room block dates based upon hotel availability.

To receive the special negotiated conference rates, attendees must be registered for the conference. The lodging registration page will provide you with the appropriate codes and links to make your reservations directly with the hotels at these negotiated rate. 

Please note that members of the NMAC Board of Directors, Multi-Line Board, Workers' Compensation Board, LEDAC Board, and Advisory Council are included in the room block at the Sagebrush Hotel. Only these individuals will have access to this block and should make their reservations through the link provided directly to them in a separate email.

Payment Instructions

  • Conference participants may make an online payment by credit card or select the check option at the time of registration. All checks must be received by June 8, 2018 to be eligible for the reduced registration fee. 
    NMAC does not accept purchase orders.
