Who should attend this event?
This event is open to Infor customers and partners and is best-suited for your moderate to advanced technical administrators, developers, innovation leaders, business analysts, and engineers.

What type of sessions will be available to me? 
Deep-dive sessions will be available on topics including: system administration, Application Event System, advanced planning and scheduling, extensibility, Infor OS, and reporting. View the detailed event flyer with session descriptions here.

Are there any limits on what sessions partners can attend?
No, partners are welcome to attend all Infor TechEd sessions.

Will my credit card be charged immediately for the registration fee? 
Yes. If you select credit card as payment method, the conference fee will be automatically charged to your credit card upon completing registration.

Can I pay my registration fee by check?
Yes, when registering you simply select “check” as payment method. However, we will need to receive your check prior to your arrival at the event in order to confirm your registration. Payment should be received no later than 15 business days after you register, or your registration may be at risk of being cancelled. Note that attendees who register 1 month or less before the event will not be able to pay by check.

Can I pay with Infor Campus Card? 
Yes. Prior to registration contact Education Customer Care to confirm your company’s Campus Card balance, toll free at 866-246-2213 or +1 678-319-8114 or email inforcampus@infor.com. Once confirmed, during registration select Infor Campus Card under payment method. If your company’s Campus Card balance does not cover the TechEd fee in full, then your company will be responsible for the outstanding payment. 
  
What is the Infor TechEd cancellation policy? 
Infor TechEd cancellations received no later than August 20, 2018 will not be charged a cancellation fee and a full refund of any fees paid will be made. Infor TechEd conference cancellations received from August 21 through September 17, 2018, will be refunded less a $200 processing fee per registration. Processing fees will be deducted from the refund being provided to the registrant. No refunds will be given for any Infor TechEd registration cancellations received after September 17, 2018. Refunds will not be provided to individuals who are no-shows to the event. Cancellation requests not received in writing will not be honored. Fees and costs associated with the cancellation of any travel reservations and/or hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. Please email all cancellations to: TechEd@infor.com.

I registered but can no longer attend, can another person go in my place? 
All substitutions must be sent in writing via email to TechEd@infor.com 3 business days prior to the start of the event with the names and email addresses of both the original and substitute attendee. No fee will be charged for processing substitutions.

Can I change the sessions I have registered for? 
Yes, you can update your session selections by referring to the confirmation email you received upon completing registration—click update registration update agenda selections. You can change session selections up to 3 business days before the event start. After that time, all change requests must be sent in writing via email to TechEd@infor.com.

If a session is full, can I be added to the waitlist? 
Yes, email TechEd@infor.com to be added to the waitlist for a specific session. We will do our best to fit you in and notify you via email if we can accommodate.

What meals are included in the conference fee?
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided during each day of Infor TechEd. Plus, food and drinks are provided during the evening networking receptions.

Should I bring my laptop or tablet? 
Yes, as this is a technical conference, we recommend that attendees bring a laptop or tablet to take notes. WiFi will be provided onsite.

Will the session presentations be made available to attendees after the event?
Yes, all session presentations and keynote presentations will be made available to attendees. Will there be WiFI at the conference? Yes, complimentary WiFi will be available. 

What is the event attire? 
Business casual.

Where can I park?
Public parking is available at the Lawson Ramp (5th & St. Peter Street - view rates here) and the Landmark Towers Ramp (336 Market Street - view rates here). Parking expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. 

What's the best way to get from Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) to the Saint Paul Hotel?
It's approximately a 20-minute drive from MSP to the Saint Paul Hotel. Uber, Lyft, and public taxis are available at the airport; SuperShuttle is also available. 

What’s the typical weather in St. Paul in October?
Temperatures can be quite varying in October, with average daily high temperatures range from 51-78° F and daily low temperatures range from 25-58° F.
