Thursday, February 21, 2019: 

Exhibits need to remain up until close of the conference at 3:30. Please see the following times attendees will be visiting exhibits:

         8:15 am - 8:45 am

9:45 am – 10:00 am

11:00 am – 11:15 am

11:15 am – 11:45 am

12:15 pm – 12:45 pm (attendees will be having lunch at this time,

                                    but are also free to visit exhibits)

1:30 pm – 1:45 pm

2:30 pm – 2:45 pm

3:30 pm - End of Day

Friday, February 22, 2019:

Exhibits need to be set up from 8:15 a.m. until 11:15 a.m.  The exhibit hall will close for the day at 11:30 am.  Please see the following times attendees will be visiting exhibits:

         8:15 am - 8:45 am

9:45 am – 10:00 am

11:00 am – 11:15 am


When you arrive at JUMP, there are 2 options for unloading your items.

Option 1:  If you have a small amount of items, you may park on either Level 3 or Level 4 of the JUMP parking garage or any parking garage in the area.  The JUMP parking garage is a public paid parking garage.

          Option 2: If you have several items or large items, please use the service elevator at the West end the JUMP facility which faces Myrtle Street. The service elevator area can be accessed by turning left into the JUMP parking structure area off of Myrtle and then taking an immediate left (see yellow arrow section of map below).  Please do not go up the ramp into the upper level of the parking structure.  Load in will be on the ground floor.  The space for driving in is very tight.  Please plan on quickly parking and unloading items.  Once items are out of your car, please move your car by parking either on Level 3 or Level 4 of the JUMP parking garage or any of the garages in the area.  The service elevator will open at 7:00 am.  The lobby will not be open until 7:00 am.   Staff will be available to watch you items until you return and can take them up the service elevator.  Once in the elevator, please go to the 5th floor and check in at the registration table.  You will then be directed to your booth.


JUMP Parking Garage FAQ

Where is JUMP’s parking?

  • Access the JUMP Parking Garage on Myrtle St, between 11th and 9th St.
  • Ground level: Permit parking only.
  • Third level: Paid public parking; 42 standard spaces and 3 ADA spaces.
  • Fourth level: Paid public parking; 40 standard spaces and 3 ADA spaces.

Who can use JUMP Parking?

  • Levels 3 and 4 are paid public parking. All spaces, excluding 2 ADA spaces, on the ground level are permit parking only.

Who manages the parking?

  • All spaces, public and permitted, are managed by The Car Park. 208-336-6597

What are the parking fees?

  • Fees for public parking are currently: $3.00 per hour with a $15.00 daily weekday maximum. On Saturdays and Sundays there is a $6.00 maximum.

Can I park in the underground garage?

  • The lower level parking is owned by an independent company and is leased out to the JR Simplot Co. during work days. It is open to public parking after 4:00 pm on weekdays and all-day Saturday and Sunday. Same daily rates apply; managed by The Car Park.

Additional Parking Outside of the JUMP Garage

There are several parking garages within walking distance. Most of the garages do not charge for the first hour then charge $2.50 per hour with a daily maximum of $12.50.

A coffee and water station will be available in the vendor room.  Lunch on Thursday, February 21 will be provided to vendors (Profit Vendors - 2 per booth. Not for Profit Vendors - 1 per booth).  Lunch will be served on Level 6 in the Pioneer Room.  Please grab lunch and bring it back to Level 5 to the vendor room.  Snacks are not available to vendors and are for attendees only.



Due to CME regulations, door prizes cannot be awarded in the conference room or during the educational learning time. You may conduct door prizes at your booth. We can assist by listing door prize winner's names at the registration table.



Items are secured to the best of the ability of the JUMP, but neither Idaho Perinatal Project nor JUMP will be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.  If you are not comfortable with leaving your items unattended overnight, please take them with you and bring them back the next day.

    Please indicate the name of the conference you will be attending and your department if there is the possibility of more than one attending from your company/agency.

    Exhibitor registration fees must be paid in full by January 31, 2019 or the vendor space will be forfeited and given to the next company on the waiting list.
