Beth Bultman
Symerge Program Dir., Faculty 
Beth Bultman serves as teacher and Program Director for Scor!, co-founded with her husband Kyle in 2001. She has presented multiple performances and educational sessions for string enthusiasts, teachers, and kids all over the country in recent years. In addition to her work with Scor!, Beth is an active violinist, performer, composer, teacher, and businessperson. She has taught in various contexts for almost 20 years, and specializes in teaching, coaching, and mentoring adult string players. She has performed as orchestral concertmaster, classical recitalist, weekend gigster, fiddler, and recording musician. She studied violin performance, pedagogy, and composition at the Eastman School of Music where she earned Bachelors & Masters degrees. Beth's passions include music & improvisation, arts collaboration, faith, teaching, traveling, and personal transformation, and she loves presenting the opportunity for creativity and self-confidence to blossom.

Kyle Bultman
Symerge President & CEO, Viola Faculty 
Co-founder of SCOR!, Kyle also leads Symerge, the non-profit corporation that houses the Scor! programs. Symerge is dedicated to creativity training in the arts through a variety of programs, workshops, and camps. Kyle also founded Synkros Inc, a start-up publisher of new string music, and provider of printing and marketing services. Kyle taught violin and viola at Roberts Wesleyan College until 2005. Also at Roberts, he directed its Community Music School, and the college Chamber Orchestra. He was a founding director of the first New Horizons Orchestra for adult amateurs. Mr. Bultman has performed educational programs with the Genesis String Quartet for Young Audiences Rochester, in addition to performing as part of various regional orchestras. He received his Bachelor and Master of Music degrees in violin performance from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY.
