During this time, any registrants attempting to pay for your event using online credit card processing may experience intermittent errors. You may consider employing one of these options ONLY during the maintenance window:
  • Put your active events into Update Only or Inactive status and include a status message to let interested registrants know to come back later.
  • Remove online credit card payment methods from your active events.
