Whether registering online or by mail, checks/money orders will be accepted until August 18, 2017.
Full payments must be made by the registration deadline of August 18, 2017.
If a registrant is unable to attend, an attendee substitution may be made in writing no later than three business days prior to the event. On site substitutions will not be permitted. If a registrant needs to cancel without an attendee substitution, the cancellation must be made in writing no later than one week prior to the event to receive full credit toward the next event. If a registrant does not attend the event, they are responsible for the entire registration fee. No refunds will be given, no exceptions.
