GoYoga and Bayou Yoga have partnered together to provide a Power Yoga Teacher Training Program and this is the perfect opportunity to do any and all of the above!
This Program is specifically designed to provide you with an efficient, cost-effective and proven way to build a strong yoga foundation that you can use for teaching and for transforming your life on and off your mat. The program is exciting, inspiring and informational as we immerse in daily physical and meditative yoga practices, engage in thoughtful discussions and fun group activities and explore yoga principles and methodologies.

Thursday sessions meet from 5:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Friday & Saturday sessions meet from 8 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday sessions meet from 8:00-4:00pm

*Letting your authentic voice shine
*Daily yoga classes and meditation practice
Reading and independent study (note: you will need to complete approximately 20 hours of outside class work, including attendance at a set number of yoga classes/workshops, reading and assignments)
