Flexible Steel is a mobility, flexibility and strength system developed by Taekwondo Grand Master and Kettlebell Master Jon Engum. The basic principal behind Flexible Steel is that one should not sacrifice flexibility for strength or strength for flexibility rather we should strive for a flexible and strong resiliently balanced body.
