The Music City of Nashville, Tennessee welcomes the National Railway Historical Society for the 2017 National Convention. Those dates are Tuesday, June 20 through Saturday, June 24, 2017.

You will see a variety of railroad history as we tour different venues in and around Tennessee and Kentucky. The traditional convention activities will take place, including a night photo session at the Tennessee Central Railway Museum. Other convention activities are planned to include a double-headed live steam trip, seminars, the annual banquet and the annual membership meeting. There will also be the normal Advisory Council and Board of Directors' meetings.
Our hotel offers free shuttles four times a day to the Opryland Mills site at the Opryland complex. Some other sites to consider visiting include the Parthenon in Central Park, the Ryman Auditorium, steam locomotive NC&StL 576 on static display in Centennial Park and the former Union Station, built in 1900 and now preserved as a boutique hotel.
