Alissa Rodgers, eRYT200, RYT500, has a deep passion and respect for yoga because it has changed her life in more ways than she ever knew possible. What started as a way to lose baby weight after her first child has become an incredibly meaningful part of her every day life for the past 11 years. She came to teaching through a burning desire to share this vehicle for growth and positive change with as many people as possible. That desire also led to opening 5 studios and leading teacher training programs all over the world. She has completed nearly 600 hours of teacher training with incredible people such as: Karen and Sean Conley of Amazing Yoga, Valerie Baltzer of Transcending Yoga, Bryan Kest and David Regelin. She believes yoga is so much more than a physical practice - it is a set of tools to help you live an abundant and purposeful life. She teaches a strong and fiery power flow and always strives to keep the true essence of yoga at the foundation of not only her instruction but everything she does in her life.
Ryan Rodgers, eRYT200 is focused on the Self; mind, body, spirit as well as the re- balancing of and connection to one’s authentic Self. He embraces the disciplines & journey the of the yoga practice and living a yogic life. Ryan’s calm, focused energy grounds his students and sets them up for success in their own practice. His message and methodogy in his yoga classes feed his students with positive affirmation, personal growth, and fosters living a healthier, more peaceful lifestyle. His own true- life experience, hardships, and personal breakthroughs inspire him to guide his students through the rapids of a difficult power yoga practice. He is a student of life, possibilities, and of his own practice. Ryan has over 500hrs of study (power yoga, yoga sculpt, restorative) and is always looking to grow and learn. His classes are about quieting the mind, keeping the channel open and exploring one's self. In the understanding that we are all unique, but we are also all one. He creates an environment which allows his students to get into their own practice. He motivates the individual to grow out of their fixed patterns, or controlled habits. There is a strong emphasis on balance of Self; mind, body, spirit.
