In the second part of this series, early childhood educators will explore three additional strategies for supporting language in the classroom. After this two-hour workshop you will be able to list and plan for ways to ask open-ended questions that promote higher level thinking, expand to scaffold and encourage complex language, and introduce and support new vocabulary.
