The day is full of programming that is included in your registration, including an optional early yoga class, morning workshop with Molly, Stacy & Cory focusing on Self-Care to Thrive in a Busy World, a healthy, delicious Cocobeet lunch, and an afternoon expert speaker series.
In addition, upon registration, you'll have the chance to reserve limited one-on-one appointments with our wellness experts: Life Coaching, Massage, Acupuncture, Nutrition Counseling, Time Concierge, Women's Pelvic and Abdominal Health Specialist. Some of these appointments are free and some are at a special discounted price for our event, as listed.
The only challenge is deciding which of many great options you want to enjoy in the afternoon. You'll want to take a look at the speaker series schedule and choose your appointment times accordingly, so you don't miss a topic that's important to you.
