2017 SAFSF POLICY BRIEFING
Thank you for joining us at the 2017 SAFSF Policy Briefing in Washington, DC.
When you register, you will be required to indicate your preferences for dinner on Tuesday, December 5th (attend a sponsored dinner or make your own plans) and sign up for Capitol Hill or federal agency visits on Wednesday, December 6. You will also be asked to provide a short bio and a picture for use in the Policy Briefing mobile app. Please review the Policy Briefing program online in advance of registration to prepare.
Registration for the SAFSF Policy Briefing is limited to funders only. Funders are defined as organizations using grantmaking or investments as a core strategy to fulfill their mission and who make grants or invest more than $50,000 annually. This includes individual donors, executive and program staff, and members of the board of grantmaking organizations (family foundations, individual donors, corporate foundations, government, community foundations, etc.), as well as representatives of non-profit or for-profit investment enterprises. Development or fundraising staff are not permitted to participate in SAFSF events. If you are unsure whether you meet the criteria, please email email@example.com.

Friday, October 20: Early-bird rate expires
We are grateful to several organizations for providing support that allows us to keep our registration fees reasonable. We offer early and late registration fees for both SAFSF members and non-members. All members receive a 15% discount off the standard rates for this event.
Full registration (early or late) includes all sessions on Monday, December 4 - Wednesday, December 6; meals (Monday dinner reception through Wednesday lunch, excluding optional Tuesday sponsored dinners); and Hill/Agency visits on Wednesday, December 6.
Single day registration includes all sessions and meals (Monday dinner reception through Tuesday lunch) on Monday, December 4 and Tuesday, December 5. Single day participants may register for and participate in sponsored dinners on Tuesday, December 5. There is not a single day registration option for participation on Wednesday, December 6 only.
Early: $700 (Sept. 19 - Oct. 20)
Late: $800 (Oct. 21 - Nov. 17)
Single Day: $500 (Sept. 19 - Nov. 17)

CANCELLATION POLICYWe know that there are times when plans change and one must cancel their registration. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to email@example.com and meet the following cancellation deadlines:
If received on or before October 20 – 100% refund less a $150 administration fee.
If received on or between October 21 and November 17 – 50% refund (no additional administration fee).
If received on or after November 18 – no refund will be made, but a substitute participant can be designated before December 4.
