Welcome to the 19th Annual Local Government Officials Conference. Much has changed for Ohio’s local governments since our previous gathering, and I’m pleased to see so many leaders share a desire to stay up to date on important matters affecting their communities.
We’ve enlisted the help of experts in a variety of fields to provide you with vital information on the latest trends and issues you should be aware of. Some of the many session topics on this year’s agenda include cybersecurity, fund accounting, as well as legal and legislative updates for townships and villages.
The annual certified public record training is scheduled for Wednesday, March 21, 2018 from 3:00-6:15 pm. Please don't forget to add the event to your registration. Additionally, early registration will be available from 5:00-7:00 pm.
Representatives from the Ohio Auditor of State’s office will be available throughout the conference to answer any questions you may have. Please stop by to see us in the Nationwide B meeting room.
Everyone in attendance at this conference plays a critical role in the operation of Ohio’s governments. Together, we can take our state to even greater heights. Thank you for your attendance and for your continued service to Ohio’s taxpayers.
