Over the last forty years I have been seeking the secret of tai chi, true understanding of tai chi principles and how to gain the magical health benefits. Let me share my experience and insight with you in this workshop, this will make your personal journey in tai chi more fulfilling and reach a greater height sooner.
About This Workshop
This has been one of the most popular workshops conducted by Dr Lam around the world over the last 13 years, now he had added the Fall Prevention module for even greater effectiveness!
During this exciting workshop Dr Lam will discuss the deeper meanings of tai chi principles and how to incorporate them into your forms. He will explain the ultimate purpose of tai chi and what Qi (vital life energy) is, and work on using the Yi (mind) to drive the Qi, and the Qi to drive the Jing (internal force).
Dr Lam will show you how to deliver the Jing and use it to store and regenerate more Qi. Your tai chi will improve significantly. These techniques and knowledge are applicable to all forms and styles of tai chi.

Updates and New Certification:
With prior notice (at the time of registration), you can update your TCA instructor’s certificate and/or other Tai Chi for Health certificate/s. You will be required to complete and submit an assignment one week prior to attending the workshop. Tai Chi for Arthritis instructor can be certified for Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention. $45 charge per program.
Fees include morning and afternoon tea, lunch and attendance certificate.
$30 CEC/CEU 13 CREDIT UNITS
1. The American College of Sports Medicine’s Professional Education Committee certifies that the Tai Chi for Health Institute meets the criteria for official ACSM Approved Provider status from 2015-December 2018. Approved Provider #701292.
2. The Tai Chi for Health Institute is approved as a provider of continuing education by the Kansas State Board of Nursing. The course offering is approved for up to 16.5 contact hours applicable to APRN, RN, or LPN relicensure.
KS State Board of Nursing Provider Number (SP1426-0119).
Schedule: 9 am-5 pm daily
Clothing: Wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes suitable for exercise.

About Dr Paul Lam
