This 1-day course is targeted towards professionals and passionate river enthusiasts involved in riparian corridor management, preservation, maintenance and rehabilitation. The overall objective of the course is to provide an overview of river processes at a high level and identify conflicts in river management from various planning, watershed, reach and site-specific scales. This course is particularly relevant to senior managers in planning and management roles and young professionals just entering the fields of river science, planning, and engineering.
More 2018 dates will be announced based on course interest. If you have a group interested in a course in your area, please contact the Canadian Rivers Institute at: firstname.lastname@example.org
