FIT2COOK4KIDS is an empowering experience for children 7-15, who learn life skills that increase confidence, self-esteem, and independence. They get hands-on preparation and cook healthy, nutritious food with a chef, yoga for fitness with a child-certified instructor, and social/communication skills for success.
Information at camp is cumulative, thus signing up for a full week is recommended. However, registration by the day is allowed as long as the camper attends at least 3 days. All campers receive the Fit2Cook4Kids course book, valued at over $50. The book includes Fit2cook health and nutrition curriculum, plus recipes. DEADLINE TO REGISTER, April 5, 2019.

A $100 deposit per child will secure the space.
