Almost ​every ​region ​in ​Italy ​has ​a ​unique ​type ​of ​stuffed ​pasta, ​with ​characteristic ​forms ​and ​fillings. ​During ​this ​hands-on ​class, ​learn ​the ​art ​of ​pasta ​making ​and ​create ​a ​variety ​of ​shapes ​stuffed ​with ​cheese, ​meat ​and ​vegetable ​fillings ​with ​accompanying ​sauces.
