Please note that this course is not confirmed until the minimum number of participants is met. Upon confirmation of this run, ISE will send you a Confirmation email 2 weeks before the course commencement date or when the minimum number is met, whichever is earlier.
Invoicing and Payment
Invoices will only be processed upon confirmation of the workshop. Invoices are sent in softcopy via email to participants and your company HR contact (if applicable in the case of Company-Sponsored participants).
Payment can then be made via
- Offline Credit Card Form
- Bank Transfer - please inform us of date, time, amount and transaction reference.
- Government e-invoicing system (if applicable). Please provide us with the Sub-BU Code from your dept/company and we will bill you via the e-invoicing system.
- Telegraphic Transfer (applicable for overseas participants). SWIFT Code will be stated in our invoice – please inform us of date, time, amount and transaction reference.
** Additional WSG Subsidies
Your HR department will be able to process the Absentee Payroll Funding and the additional WSG subsidy claims (see below) via SkillsConnect portal at www.skillsconnect.gov.sg, within 30 days from the workshop commencement date.
1. This programme has been approved for Absentee Payroll Funding.
2. SkillsFuture Mid Career Enhanced Subsidy
For Singaporeans aged 40 (according to birth year) and above, you will be eligible for the SkillsFuture Mid Career Enhanced Subsidy up to 90% of the course fee. This is a separate subsidy from your personal SkillsFuture credits.
a) If you are a Self-Sponsored participant and are eligible for this subsidy, your final fee is $302.50 (for a 2-day course)/$387.20 (for a 3-day course).
ISE will submit the claim for this subsidy on your behalf, upon verification that all information provided is correct.
b) If you are a Company-Sponsored participant and are eligible for this subsidy, your final fee is $802.50 (for a 2-day course)/$1027.20 (for a 3-day course). Your company HR department will submit this claim on the SkillsConnect portal and be reimbursed by SkillsConnect through your company bank account.
3. Enhanced Training Support for SMEs
For Singaporeans/ Singapore Permanent Residents working in a Small Medium Enterprise (SME), you will be eligible for the Enhanced Training Support for SMEs of up to 90% of the course fee. You must register as a Company-sponsored participant, in order to be eligible for this subsidy. Your company HR department will submit this claim on the SkillsConnect portal and be reimbursed through your company bank account.
* Registration Types
Participants whose companies are claiming the Absentee Payroll Funding and/or the SkillsFuture Enhanced Training Support for SME must register as a "Company-Sponsored" participant. Within 2 days after the course ends, we will send you and your company HR Dept the signed Attendance Sheet, and you can use this to submit your claims.
In such scenario, SMU will bill your company the amount of $802.50 (for a 2-day course)/$1027.20 (for a 3-day course), and your HR Dept submits the claim for any additional subsidies.
This is for registrants who are paying for their own course fees.
Participants who are NOT claiming the Absentee Payroll Funding and/or the SkillsFuture Enhanced Training Support for SME, and whose HR Dept is unable to handle the claims process for the SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy, can also choose to register as a Self-Sponsored participant.
In such scenario, if participant is eligible for the SkillsFuture Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy, SMU will bill participant $302.50 (for a 2-day course)/$387.20 (for a 3-day course), and SMU will handle the claim for the subsidy on his behalf.
Participants (whose HR is unable to handle this claim) can then reimburse the $302.50/$387.20 from his company.
If you are registering as a Self-Sponsored participant, the amount reflected during checkout would still be $802.50 (for a 2-day course)/$1027.20 (for a 3-day course). Upon verification of your eligibility (Singaporean above 40), we will send you a PDF Tax Invoice for the net amount of $302.50/$387.20.
3. ISE member
ISE members are companies who have purchased research reports from Institute of Service Excellence (ISE). They may be entitled to a number of credits which they can utilise to offset against the course fees for their staff. Please check with us at email@example.com if you are registering under this category but are unsure of your company's credit balance.
