SESSION SELECTIONS: To access session descriptions for the Summer Institute, please click on the link below. We encourage you to print the document and choose the sessions you would like to attend BEFORE you begin online registration.
REGISTRATION FEES: Early registration rate is $200.00 through May 31, 2019.
If your online registration is received after May 31, 2019, your registration rate will be $250.00.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES: Payment should be made prior to the institute and on-site payments will be permitted. Fees can be paid by credit card, purchase order or check. If your payment is not received prior to the Institute, a purchase order must be in place before any registration materials will be released. No exceptions please!

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Registration fees can be refunded if a written request is received by Custom Meeting Planners, PO. Box 30785, Columbia, MO 65205, or firstname.lastname@example.org, no later than May 24, 2019. No refunds will be authorized after this date, but substitutions will be permitted. Full payment of fees will be expected from registrants who are unable to attend the conference, but fail to notify Custom Meeting Planners in writing by May 24, 2019.
