How do you define negotiation, and how do you know when you’re in the middle of one? What factors have you considered and prepared for, prior to your negotiation? Are agreements often reached? How effective do you feel?
In this condensed workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to consider your current approach and learn strategies and tactics that can improve your ability to build coalitions. You’ll be introduced to the importance of BATNA and ZOPA in the context of creating an outcome that works for all parties. The art of ‘creating and claiming value’ is at the heart of any negotiation and you’ll have the opportunity to explore this concept with real-world scenarios.
This workshop is designed for people who find themselves negotiating agreements on a regular basis and are looking for ways to improve the result – after all, you don’t get what you don’t negotiate! You’ll also walk away with recommended resources to continue your learning journey.
