In the Business Operations in Craft Beer course, you’ll learn about how the many components of craft brewery operations and supply chain must fit together to build a profitable, efficient, and sustainable business. Students will address key topics such as sourcing and procurement, quality systems, new brewery start-up and capacity planning, forecasting, production planning, logistics, and environmental sustainability.
The class will meet online on Thursdays at 7 PM ET for about an hour. Attendance is not required, but this is the best chance for you to interact with our instructors and ask questions. Live sessions are held in Zoom.
