Elspeth Feldman is a whole food, plant-based chef, digital publisher and wellness professional who brings a distinctly international perspective to her clients and readers.
Born, raised in Zimbabwe, she has also lived in Europe, traveled extensively and ultimately settled on the East Coast of the United States more than two decades ago, where she has expanded her education, chef training and wellness practice.
Elspeth firmly believes that delicious, nutritious and healthy food can — with the proper training and practice — be prepared quickly and tastefully in a matter of minutes, hence she is known as “The Speedy Vegan”. She teaches her clients to thrive and live more healthful, mindful and compassionate lives through a plant-based lifestyle.

Caileigh Feldman is a Nutritional Wellness Coach and Yoga Instructor who is passionate about healing, meditation, pranayama, herbs, detoxification, juicing and travel. She is an award-winning filmmaker and honors graduate of Haverford College, where she studied Anthropology and Documentary Filmmaking. She is an established instructor in plant-based vegetarian and vegan cooking, supporting youth and adults in Philadelphia and New York City for the past five years. Most importantly, Caileigh is dedicated to helping people get in touch with their bodies, minds and souls to live the healthiest, fullest and most vibrant life possible.
