NOTE: Vendor floor set up begins on 3/27 at Noon.
Set up must be complete and booths must be staffed for the final walk through at 1400 on 3/28. The hall grand opening will be from 1500-1700 on 3/28, followed by an offsite networking event.
On 3/29 the exhibition hall opens at 0830 and closes at 1315 on 3/29. Early tear down is not allowed.
Dedicated exhibition hall time for all attendees is 1500-1700 on 3/28, and 1130-1300 on 3/29. We also have dedicated time for technicians from 0900-1030 and for directors/managers from 1030-1130 on 3/29.
$1,500 per space through March 3, 2018. A $200.00 surcharge is added to late registrations received after March 3.

Host Hotel: Hotel Murano: Conference Rates from $179+taxes (single/double occupancy) to $199+taxes (quad occupancy) per night. Our cut off was March 5th but the hotel will still honor the conference rate subject to availability.
