Booth setup will be on Sunday, August 26 from 10 am to 3 pm.All booths must be set up by 3 pm.
There will be two times for booth breakdown: Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon at 5 pm (after the education program concludes). Please do not pack up your booth or materials while the meeting is in session.
If you wish to pay for multiple items during one registration, choose one registration type, complete the forms and then click on "Add Another Person" during checkout. This will allow you to choose an additional item.
