The Summit invites exhibitors to showcase the latest in occupational safety, health, industrial hygiene and fire products and services to help our attendees succeed with their particular safety needs and realistic solutions to their safety challenges.
NOTE: Maximum two attendees at your booth at any given time.
Our competitions increase attendee interaction with our valued Exhibitors, so we're continuing the "Exhibitor Challenge" again this year!
"Best New Product" - this could be new to the attendee or industry - pull out your thinking caps and Wow us with what's new!
** The Summit encourages Exhibitors to donate a door prize - we utilize the "Exhibitor Challenge Ballots" from attendees for entry to win the exhibitor door prizes
Standard booths consist of an approximately 8'x10’ area with pipe and drape. Each booth will have electrical service. Each booth will have the option of a skirted table. Any additional needs may incur costs and are not covered by your registration, contact Alaska Event Services (907) 345-8789
All displays must be free standing or fit on the table provided. For safety reasons, please make sure no displays block walkways or any entry/exit doors. ALL DISPLAYS MUST FIT WITHIN THE DRAPED BOOTH SPACE.
EXHIBITORS ARE PROHIBITED FROM SET UP & DISMANTLE DURING GENERAL SESSIONS!
While we understand that sales are essential to your business, we ask that your approach be more inclined toward providing information, education and networking with our attendees to create your sales leads. Our intent is to assure that your “booth” will not be a sales counter. We appreciate your cooperation.

No refunds will be given for cancellations on exhibitor booths unless a replacement exhibitor can be found and pays for the space prior to the Summit. In these cases, a $50.00 service fee will be applied.
