February is a month of truffles at Natirar and Ninety Acres is kicking off this Monthly Harvest Highlight with a celebratory truffle dinner. Keeping with our traditions, it aims to not only expand your belly, but your mind as well.
Truffles are among the most expensive of the world's natural foods and although we tend to only reference the commonly known white or black truffle, there are several other varieties that we'll teach you about! This four-course interactive dinner will not only satisfy your truffle cravings, but will inform you of uncommonly known facts and bust any myths you may have heard about these classy fungi. Chef David C. Felton will present at the beginning of the dinner, allowing you to see, feel and smell what you are about to taste, as well as answering your questions during dessert.
Of course this natural delight wouldn't be complete unless paired with wine. Natirar Wine Director John Jansma will also spend the night with you in truffle heaven while supplying a perfect pairing per course.
