Natirar serves up truffles again and this time the courses are paired with another French favorite: Burgundies.
February is a month of truffles at Natirar and with the abundance of love you have given this delightful fungus, we've added a second truffle dinner to this month's happenings.
Truffles are among the most expensive of the world's natural foods and although we tend to only reference the commonly known white or black truffle, this dinner focuses on the "winter truffle". This four-course dinner will not only satisfy your truffle cravings, but tantalize your wine taste buds. Executive Chef David C. Felton and Natirar Wine Director John Jansma will serve four creative courses with truffles paired to Burgundy wines you won't want to miss.
