This ​class ​is ​for ​seafood ​lovers ​~ ​It ​was ​inspired ​by ​the ​two ​years ​she ​lived ​in ​Rhode ​Island ​(otherwise ​known ​as ​the ​Ocean ​State) ​and ​Kimmee ​wants ​to ​share ​how ​to ​prepare ​some ​of ​the ​region's ​most ​beloved ​seafood ​ingredients ​and ​present ​them ​in ​both ​familiar ​and ​new ​dishes ​with ​her ​own ​twist. ​Learn ​techniques ​from ​properly ​searing ​scallops ​to ​mastering ​the ​pate ​choux ​for ​a ​cream ​puff ​and ​alternatives ​for ​healthier ​cooking ​perennial ​favorites!
