Registration Form for Conference Attendees
Registering a Group?
You will need the name, email address, IEIN number, and an emergency phone number for each participant being registered.
BE SURE TO OBTAIN EMPLOYER / SCHOOL DISTRICT APPROVAL BEFORE REGISTERING
A 50% cancellation fee will apply for registrations cancelled by Nov. 20.
After Nov. 20, no refunds for cancellations.
Substitutions may be made at no cost through Nov. 19. After Nov 19, $20 fee for substitutions.
Payment Options: Check or credit cards accepted. If using a purchase order, select "check" as form of payment.
To avoid late fees, all payments must be received in the RSAC office by Nov. 23.
NO ONE WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE CONFERENCE WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL.
PURCHASE ORDERS MUST BE PAID BY CHECK OR CREDIT CARD
BEFORE CONFERENCE ADMITTANCE.
If registering after Nov. 19, pay with a credit card or bring payment to conference help desk.
