Organizational Assessment presented by Heart of Colorado Rural Philanthropy Days
Registration for the Organizational Assessment Training will include the administration of an organizational assessment to participating nonprofits, an individualized report based upon assessment results and one 3-hour in-person training session with a local facilitator that will walk you through your results and the areas of growth within your organization. In order for your results to be as accurate and informative as possible you must have a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5 people from your organization take the assessment. It is encouraged that you engage participation across your organization.It is not required that all individuals from your organization who take the assessment attend the in-person training, but it is encouraged that at least two individuals attend the training. Assessment responses will remain anonymous.
This training is presented by Heart of Colorado Rural Philanthropy Days (HOC RPD). Rural Philanthropy Days is a statewide program that provides nonprofit leaders the resources they need to lead effective and sustainable organizations. HOC RPD serves nonprofit organizations in Chaffee, Clear Creek, Custer, Fremont, Gilpin, Lake, Park, Summit and Teller counties.
Registration Fee: $75 per registrant

*Please register all members of your organization who will be attending the in-person training as a group. The "Primary Registrant" will receive the link to the Organizational Assessment survey which can then be taken by 2 - 5 people in your organization. The Organizational Assessment will be administered by Community Resource Center.
