Description The day will include thought provoking discussions led by john powell of the Haas Institute for a Fair and Inclusive Society, Manuel Pastor of the USC Program for Environmental and Regional Equity, Alana Semuels of The Atlantic, Vien Truong of Dream Corps, and many local experts grappling with these issues on the ground. In addition, attendees will participate in practical and engaging workshops, as well as arts and culture explorations to explore leading edge ideas that connect displacement with issues of racial equity, health, and climate change. Participants will have the opportunity to work together across sectors and regions to develop tools, policies, and partnerships that help change the way we build the places we live, work, and play.
