- If you are having problems with registration try these steps.
1. Try using a different browser (Internet;Explorer, Firefox, etc).
2. Try using a different computer
3. Check with your IT department to see if you have a firewall issue. If these don't work; call Kristine 800-968-4968 for more troubleshooting.
- When you registered you created a password. You can go back into your registration using the email and password you chose to make changes or substitutions. https://www.regonline.com/builder/site/Default.aspx?EventID=1959623 then select register. If you forgot your password you can go in and change it by selecting "forgot your password". Remember to write down your password as we are not able to monitor it.
- IMPORTANT: To complete your registration you MUST get to the, CHECK OUT and CONFIRMATION PAGE to print. If you do not get to those pages you are NOT registered.
