Networking receptions; Friday breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dance;
Saturday lunch, dinner, and dance; concurrent workshop sessions,
forums, entrance into the exhibit area and closing session.
The group discount is only available for students.
Qualified student groups must provide the name, email address, complete mailing address, and telephone number(s) for each group member when they register.
Students must provide a valid student identification on-site to qualify for Student Rates.
All participants who are eligible must be registered to vote (IF APPLICABLE).
Payment must be received by the applicable deadline. If payments are recieved after the deadline, the fee will increase in accordance with the registration pricing schedule.
Purchase Orders must be signed by AUTHORIZED OFFICIALS of agencies, universities, and organizations to be accepted.
Registrations will be refunded if canceled prior to
February 10, 2018
, and refunded at 50% if canceled on or after February 10, 2018.
Substitutions must be made by
February 15, 2018
at 8:00 AM CST. After this deadline, substitutions will be accepted at the on-site conference registration desk.
No-show registrants are non-refundable.
A $20 discount will be automatically applied to each student registration when 10 or more students register as a group.
